Zachary Staroba - Field Technician
Zachary plays an important role as Field Technician as he diagnoses and remedies technical challenges with audio & video, camera, and security system installations to keep customers happy. He also supports the installation and maintenance of our networks and network equipment. When he is not troubleshooting, he assists our field technicians with installations and configures Crestron business systems for our clients.
Zachary promptly and professionally addresses challenges that clients may encounter to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with our products and services. He enjoys learning a wide variety of technologies and is motivated to advance by becoming as proficient as possible with the network and AV technology at STS Corporate. Zachary ensures our clients will return to us for their smart technology needs year after year.
Outside of work, Zachary enjoys gaming, tabletop games such as D&D, 3D printing, and in his words, “other various geeky pursuits”. He also loves animals and is currently raising three dogs and six hens. He recently started mountain biking for good health and as he puts it “enjoyment outside of his nerdier pursuits”.
